Stuff White people Like....in other places besides Garland

I don't know if you've gone by the site stuff white people like but if you haven't you should. Pretty funny site in my opinion. Some may feel it is a stereotype or just plain not true but eh. Who cares what those people think? A lot of the stuff the creator brings up is often true. Except for the black friend thing. and the scarves. I'm from Texas. Where I'm from in Texas you get laughed at for wearing a scarf. Even in the Winter. It's not cold enough for scarves. In fact, the only person that I've seen wearing a scarf was black and we made fun of her for doing such a preposterous thing.

There is never a need for a scarf in Texas. I mean, just wear a jacket. Half the time you don't even need that. The winters here are warm. Sometimes we don't even have Winters. For a person to be walking around with a scarf on is just moronic. If any of my friends wear scarves we are quick to berate them. I promise once we get done, you won't wear it again and probably make fun of someone else for wearing it.

I do believe I'm gonna start writing about what people like. I mean, from my point of view anyway. It'll help me have topics to write about and I'm unoriginal. I may write about stuff I don't like either. erm. whatevs

The Dark Knight.....not a review

Saw Dark Knight last night....awesome movie. Worst theater though.

I swear the screen was a little bit bigger than my 42" at home. Seats were undeniably uncomfortable and dirty as hell. The sound sucked. Just a horrible theater. But it's Lawton, OK so I can't really expect anything else.

The movie was fantastic though. The joker was out of his damn mind. Batman was good. Harvey Dent was doing his thing. Few things though...

I've always wondered why no one ever shot batman in his damn face. In fact, not too many people even shot at him in the movie. The joker did. Some swat people tried to but got stopped too soon. A gangster or 2 tried also but also got stopped. But everyone else just really believed in fist fighting. Ridiculous.

The Batman is a slow moving bastard. He looked so damn stiff in the movie I was kind of wondering why it is so hard to hit this crazy looking bat dressed man. Dude moved like the Tin Man from The Wizard of Oz. I dunno.

Heath Ledger did a great job as joker though. A lot better than Jack Nicholson. Dude was mad insane though, just causing chaos everywhere. After watching the movie I kind of wish I could be like him, without a care in the world, causing anarchy and killing people. But nah, I don't wanna kill anyone and females don't like anarchists and the ones that do aren't the type you take back to the house.

But all in all a great movie. Go see it. Take your kids.

Best review ever and....

Dark Knight Review

That is by far the best review I have ever read for any movie in the history of my life. Also the saddest because I am not able to go out and see the movie. The review really makes you want to see it but, alas I'm stuck at Ft. Sill on deployment mode. This brings me up on something I may start doing. I am lazy and don't feel like typing too much so I may just start linking to other peoples blogs that I sometimes frequent. Good reads I tell ya. And downloads also.

Random thought

Didn't think I would update anytime soon but something hit me while I was at work...

It is impossible to get stressed about your work if you don't care about it.
